When we die only a vessel is left our souls go to spirit world and our soul family lives on..
They let us know with signs from spirit ...Robins coming close ,white feathers appearing in odd places, dreams that feel real , butterflies ,ladybirds,magpies goosebumps are just a hug from your loved ones in spirit.
